Good leaders cultivate honest speech they love advisors who tell them the truth. Good leaders abhor wrongdoing of all kinds sound leadership has a moral foundation. God cares about honesty in the workplace your business is his business. “A good leader motivates, doesn’t mislead, doesn’t exploit. Our desire is for impartiality and integrity. Most of us, even as young children, can different between when someone is being playing fair, or not. How many times as a child did you say, “That’s not fair.”? Or “Play fair!”? On the other hand, how many times did you have a parent or mentor tell you, “Life is not fair.”?
